QDAS mapping information is kept in 31 bit System GETVIS. To calculate the amount
required, refer to the Determining Space Requirements section of the manual.
In the example below, TSIVCLR creates a Share File on SYS2A1 at track 30 with the dataset
name SYS2A1.QDAS.RELx.SHARE.FILE which supports 300 extents.
